Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was great, right beside the reception and with easy access to the bus stop to get into the heart of Edinburgh. The staff were welcoming and tolerant, especially considering we were a group of lads on a stag do. However, the rooms were a bit disappointing, being in the attic meant it was a bit cold even with the provided heater, and the beds were not comfortable at all. Breakfast was hectic, but the best parts were the location and the friendly staff. Decent for the price paid.
My stay at the hotel was a bit mixed. The rooms were spacious but a bit cold, and there were strange sounds throughout the night. The staff, especially for the breakfast service, were exceptional. The location was convenient, although some dining experiences were spoiled by misbehaving children.
The hotel offered comfortable rooms with hot showers, overlooking the back yard. The service was good overall, though there were some issues with communication. The location was very convenient with easy access to public transportation, and the dining options, although limited, were not impressive. Facilities were basic but sufficient for a short stay.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were spacious and offered a good opportunity for relaxation, but there was a lot of loud noise from other guests and even late-night doorbell ringing. Unfortunately, the temperature in the room was too cold for comfort, and the lack of tea and coffee replenishment was disappointing, especially when traveling with kids.
I had a mix of experiences at this hotel. The rooms were tiny and smelled damp, but they had all the amenities I needed and were outside the main house. The service was friendly, but it could have been more welcoming and talkative, especially during breakfast. The location was excellent, close to public transport and within walking distance of the city center. The dining was nice, but there were limited options for breakfast. Overall, it was a decent stay with some ups and downs.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, just what I needed for a short stay, although they were a bit small with a low ceiling height. The service provided was a highlight with the staff being super helpful and attentive, going the extra mile on a few occasions. The location was perfect for our plans, conveniently close to Haymarket tram and with easy access to the city center. On the downside, the dining experience was subpar, with some disappointing food options, and the noise from staff walking by and being loud at times was a drawback.
